Vibration Screen Series

A vibrating screen is a mechanical filtering and separation device used in mud solid phase treatment. It consists of a screen and a vibrator. Typically, screens with mesh sizes below 50 are classified as coarse, while those with mesh sizes above 80 are fine. The vibrator, which is an eccentric wheel, rotates under the motor’s drive, causing the screen frame to vibrate. As the mud flows onto the screen surface, the coarser solid particles remain on the screen surface and are discharged along the slope at one end. Meanwhile, the finer solid particles and the mud liquid pass through the screen holes and flow into the mud pool.

Performance characteristics

  • All the connection points on the sieve bed are secured with high-strength steel structure bolts to prevent welded stress. The unique design of the manganese steel screen tension installation simplifies the replacement of the sieve mesh.

  • The vibrator uses either a tubular or seat block eccentric structure, both of which incorporate a lubrication system.

  • The frame features a fully assembled structure, making it convenient for transportation and installation. Additionally, the frame can be customized to meet specific requirements.

  • Imported bearings, such as those from SKF, FAG, and NSK, are utilized to extend the service life.
